David grew up in Kentucky and moved to Los Angeles in 2015. One year later, he and his wife relocated to sunny San Diego and haven’t looked back. Working as a Realtor with Distinctive Homes CA has been a joy as he gets to learn more and more about this amazing corner of the country. Now operating out of Vista after a few years in Pacific Beach, he has a wide range of experience throughout Central and Northern San Diego – from Hillcrest to Rancho Santa Fe to Oceanside. He’ll tell you his favorite part of Real Estate is helping people. The home transaction process can be confusing, but he truly enjoys assisting clients every step of the way. Particularly, he enjoys guiding new homebuyers and first-time sellers from “What’s the first step?” to closing escrow. He takes great pride in being sincere, trustworthy, and reliable. Helping his clients achieve their goals is what it’s all about. In his personal time, he’s dedicated to enjoying life with his family: raising their young, growing son; playing with their pup, Luna; traveling; and experiencing all that beautiful Southern California has to offer.
