Here is the 3 ingredient cookie recipe that I said I would share. Its perfect when you have a sweet tooth and want something healthy. It also takes just minutes to make and bake.
- Mash 1 small banana in a bowl.
- Add 1/2 cup of nut butter, it can be almond butter, peanut butter etc
- Add chocolate chips- the amount is up to you
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
I have added walnuts, shredded coconut, flax seed and it didn’t impact the consistency at all. I found them a little more interesting with walnuts and other options.
