Christy and her family moved to San Diego in 2002. Prior to that, she lived in the Bay Area and worked for Memec, a semiconductor sales and distribution company. Christy worked there from 1996-2002 and was the top salesperson in the Nation for 7 out of the 9 years she was there. She left Memec in 2002 as it was approaching $7B in sales. Shortly after Christy moved to San Diego, she became the broker and the Director of Sales for Distinctive Homes CA and if you ask her what her favorite part of the job is, she will tell you…. negotiating. Christy gets “outside of the box” and enjoys making deals come together, that might not otherwise. Christy was noted in the San Diego Business journal as “an expert in Carlsbad, Encinitas and Olivenhain”, and Distinctive HomesCA has been recognized in 2016, 2018, 2019 & 2020 as the “Top 10 Most Nominated Brokerage in San Diego” by the Union Tribune. Christy was awarded the top 3% of all realtors in San Diego County in 2023 and awarded Realtor of the year in 2023 by the San Diego Association of Realtors.
